Professional Guidelines & Service Agreement Overview
1. Scope of Services
Services provided may include website development, web platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, automations, integrations, digital consulting, and software licensing support. Each project scope is defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or approved commercial proposal.
2. Professional Responsibility
Work is performed according to the agreed scope, timeline, and technical requirements. Client approvals, third-party account access, content delivery, and business decisions remain the responsibility of the client organization.
3. Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of their business data, content, and brand assets. Proprietary software developed specifically for the client as 'work for hire' will be owned by the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
4. User Accounts & Credentials
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Gelanyx Universal ID credentials (email, password, and session tokens). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Gelanyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate system security or misuse subscription privileges.
